In keeping true with his larger-than-life reputation, he promises to make just as loud of a bang in the restaurant business as he has done with his music.

JUSTIN MOORE'S "SOMEBODY ELSE WILL" TAKES NO. 1 SPOT Lauded Entertainer Scores Seventh Chart-Topper This Week on Mediabase and Billboard Airplay Charts New Single "Kinda Don't Care" Impacts Radio September 18

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Justin Moore is on a hot streak with a lucky seventh career No. 1 hit as “Somebody Else Will” rolls into the top spot on Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplays Charts this week. It’s hardly left to chance though that this hard-working, talented entertainer has reached the peak once again. Written by Kelly Archer, Adam Hambrick and Tebey Ottoh and produced by Jeremy Stover and Scott Borchetta, the single marks a second board leader from his fourth studio album KINDA DON’T CARE released on The Valory Music Co., following an ascend in 2016 with “You Look Like I Need a Drink.”

“The feeling you get when your song hits No. 1 is unbelievable,” shared the Arkansas native in his signature Southern drawl. “Although this is my seventh time, it is still just as exciting as ever. It is tough to get your songs played on Country radio and I am so thankful to the writers, all of the stations, my promo team at the label and all of the fans who continue to support me and my music.”

Moore’s next single will be “Kinda Don’t Care,” which impacts radio on September 18. Uproxx raved "’d do better to look toward the album’s rebellious title track to get a real read on what makes Moore care — or not. That’s the guitar-drenched backwoods apathy I’d play on the radio, given a shot at those dials." Sounds Like Nashville concurred “...he hits the twang factor in fine fashion on the fun title cut."

Fans can catch Moore on the road during headline, festival and fair dates throughout the summer. For additional information and tour dates, visit

Comedian, Civil Rights Legend, the Iconic Dick Gregory has died

The interview I always wanted but will never get.

Dick Gregory, was a comedic genius! As a writer, standup and activist he tried to bring people together but stood ready for battle when necessary. Dick Gregory, put his body where his mouth went! He stood with Martin Luther King, Medger Evers putting his life on the line. He was never honored with the major awards like The Mark Twain Prize or Kennedy Center Honor, but without Gregory  Eddie Murphy (Mark Twain) nor L.L. Cool J (Kennedy Center Honor) would've ever such a road paved for them to receive these honors.

We can't forget landmarks like Dick Gregory, we need to celebrate him every chance we get. When Bob Hope, George Burns, and Don Rickles died we seen coast to coast coverage  with mentions on every upcoming award show for the year. Let's see this same respect shown toward this pioneer. The biggest honor you can bestow on Dick Gregory's memory is doing right by each other no matter what the race. When we see black entertainers make equal pay to white and when we see black female stars with heavy resumes and honors getting paid equal to white females  vs a soap opera super star, then Dick Gregory's Hollywood memory will truly be honored

Emerging Artist Luke Underhill Releases Debut Major Studio Project The Left Side Celebrating Release Today with Performance on Chicago’s WGN Morning News, Audio Preview Available Exclusively on Variety Beat

CHICAGO, IL.  (August 18, 2017)—  Emerging singer/songwriter and Chicago native Luke Underhill is celebrating the release of his debut major studio project, The Left Side. The 7-track project, with hit producer Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz, One Republic) at the helm, was recorded at Revolver Recordings in Los Angeles, CA earlier this year. The multi-talented 21-year old co-wrote two of the tracks on the new project and penned the other five songs solo. In celebration of the release, Underhill performed today on Chicago’s WGN Morning News.
Variety Beat exclusively premiered the audio HERE.
The Left Side is available now on iTunes.
Underhill explains: “Working on this album was unlike any other. This album was nothing less than an experience. As I was writing for this album, I knew from the beginning that it would be different than anything else I've done so far. I had big plans from the start. A different sound, a different feel, a different point of view in every way. None of it could have been achieved without the magic that is Mikal Blue and everyone at Revolver Studios. From my first day arriving at that studio, it immediately felt like home. Mikal Blue captured my sound and the feel I wanted just by getting to know who I was as a person, and who I was influenced by.”
Producer Mikal Blue says: “Luke's ability to tell a story with an infectious melody make his songs stand out. His voice pulls you in and his catchy piano melodies and guitar hooks seal the deal.”
With diverse influences ranging from Gavin DeGraw and Bruce Springsteen to Ed Sheeran and Ben Folds, Luke Underhill is preparing to make his mark in the format. The Chicago area singer, songwriter, pianist and guitarists’ emotional renditions of his songs have already earned him comparisons to a young John Mayer – while some more upbeat arrangements inspire exciting flashes of early Bryan Adams.
Underhill will wrap up release day with a full band show at The Law Office Pub & Music Hall in Yorkville, IL. The show kicks off at 9pm CT and admission is free.
The Left Side Track Listing:
  1. I’ll Be Waiting
  2. The Left Side
  3. Goodbye, MaryJane
