RONNIE MCDOWELL CELEBRATES 40 YEARS OF MUSIC AND RELEASES NEW ALBUM
SONGS I LOVE
Legendary Singer/Songwriter Recorded Songs That Shaped His Life, Exclusive Pre-Order Bundle Includes Autographed New Artwork and CD
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 26, 2017) – Ronnie McDowell, known for 40 years of hit singles and genuine warmth that fills seats show after show, is set to release Songs I Love, a brand new album featuring his versions of his all-time favorite songs, as well as two original tracks. Fans can pre-order the album, along with McDowell’s most recent print, as part of an exclusive bundle onRonnieMcDowellStore.com.
Songs I Love features McDowell’s one-of-a kind rendition of the songs most special to him by artists including Eddie Rabbitt, Frank Sinatra, Ricky Nelson, Merle Haggard, B.J. Thomas, Charlie Rich and more. Two new tracks co-penned by McDowell titled “I Want That Girl” and “He Still Has You” round out the project, which showcases a never-before-seen photo of a young McDowell on the back cover.
A man of many talents, McDowell is accompanying the album with his most recent artwork in the exclusive pre-order bundle. “Just In The Nick Of Time” features Elvis Presley and his 1950's band (Scotty Moore, D.J. Fontana and Bill Black) on their way to a show. When they have a flat tire, St. Nick saves the day by offering them his sleigh. Each print and CD will be autographed by McDowell.
“This album is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. These songs have been dear to my heart from the time i was a child at 10, 11 and 12 years old. The print is unusual, as the year is 1954 and Elvis’ pink Cadillac is broken down in front of a diner on Christmas Eve. Luckily Santa Claus is there to give Elvis and the band a ride, ‘Just In the Nick of Time’,” said McDowell of his new releases.
Celebrating 40 great years in country music in 2017, “The King is Gone” hitmaker quickly proved that he wasn’t just a one-hit wonder following the iconic tribute to Elvis Presley. From that single onward, McDowell charted more than thirty Top 40 hits on the Billboard country music charts. Two of his singles, "Older Women" and "You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation," reached No. 1 on the country charts, while eleven more reached Top Ten. He has also released more than twenty studio albums.

Gaither Homecoming Favorite, Gene McDonald, Releases New Solo Project
Hendersonville, TN (January 25th, 2017) –While bass soloists are few and far between, beloved Gaither Homecoming artist Gene McDonald has proven that bass singing does not belong solely in a quartet. Having began his career in gospel music singing with his family, The McDonalds, Gene went on to spend time with the Plainsmen Quartet and, most notably, the Florida Boys before becoming a featured soloist on the Gaither tour. His latest release, entitled Reflections, embraces his signature bass vocals while delivering striking renditions of Gospel classics, mixed with a few surprises.
Produced by Kevin Williams,Reflections is a labor of love that included contributions from a number of the Homecoming friends. Lending their talents to this project are artists such as Joyce Martin Sanders (The Martins), Becky Isaacs Bowman (The Isaacs), Charlotte Ritchie, Adam Crabb (Gaither Vocal Band), Angela Primm, Shane McConnell, Devonne Folkes and Reggie & Ladye Love Smith. Recording songs like ‘I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked’ and ‘Stand By Me’ allowed Gene to reminisce on the music that has held a special place in his heart, while newer songs such as ‘Hallelujah For The Cross’ look to the future. His first radio single from the CD, ‘This Ole House,’ pays homage to the legendary artists that have recorded the classic before, while offering that unique stylistic stamp that makes it undeniably Gene McDonald.
“I have never been as excited to present a collection of songs as I am about Reflections,” shares Gene McDonald. “So many people have pitched in to make this release special, and their excitement is contagious. Thank you to Daywind Records, New Day Christian Distribution and Surge Artist Solutions for your partnership and support of this project. I am anxious to get this new music out to as many listeners as possible!”
Reflections is available at Christian retail stores across the country and digitally at iTunes and other outlets. Bulk purchasing for gift and ministry purposes is available by calling 1-800-635-9581.
HOT NEWCOMER MICHAEL TYLER TO RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM '317' MARCH 17
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 25, 2017) – When Michael Tyler looked at his odometer after he arrived in Nashville from his hometown in Thayer, Mo., he noticed a number in his dash that’s resonated with him since his arrival: 317. It’s no coincidence that the 23-year-old’s debut album will be titled 317, available from Reviver Records March 17.CLICK HERE to pre-order 317 on iTunes andCLICK HERE to pre-order 317 on Amazon.
MT, whose current single “They Can’t See” is one of the Top 5 Most Added records at radio this week according to Country Aircheck, continues to connect with fans and the country music industry. Performing rights organization SESAC awarded Song of the Year to MT for co-writing the multi-week No. 1 platinum-selling Dierks Bentley smash "Somewhere On A Beach." And now, enthusiasm is building for MT in 2017 with rave reviews about the young talent:
“They Can’t See” demonstrates a knack for hooks and a boy-next-door vocal quality that fits into both party songs and youthful ballads.
-Billboard, Tom Roland
The rest of the song is a vocal playground for the talented singer....an artist willing to push the genre’s boundaries while never coming unglued from his country moorings.
-Taste of Country, Billy Dukes
The fresh talent co-wrote Dierks Bentley's "Somewhere On A Beach" … we suspect that Tyler will make the label 2-2 with artists who connect with audiences.
-Roughstock, Matt Bjorke
CMT also included MT in its “17 for 2017” artists for its year-long Listen Up campaign recognizing and supporting country music’s most promising newcomers.
Earlier this year, MT’s debut single “Crazy Last Night” world-premiered on CMT and was selected as Billboard’s Country Songs of the Summer Picks.
MT also penned Jason Aldean’s “Laid Back” on the platinum-selling album Old Boots New Dirt, three songs on the LOCASH album The Fighters (“Shipwrecked,” “Ain’t Startin Tonight,” and “Moonwalkin”) and a Jason Aldean/Kelsea Ballerini duet “First Time Again” on Aldean’s No. 1 album They Don’t Know.
Hailing from Thayer, Missouri, known as a railroad town, it’s ironic MT is the descendant of the late, great Jimmie Rodgers, known as "The Father of Country Music" who learned his craft around the New Orleans and Northeastern Railroad. At the age of 13, over a Myspace meeting, MT met award-winning producer Michael Knox (Jason Aldean/Thomas Rhett/Kelly Clarkson/Trace Adkins). After a few years of sending songs and ideas back and forth, MT came to Nashville, Tenn. to play a show at Tootsies Orchid Lounge for their first face-to-face meeting. At that time, Knox was hired by peermusic Nashville to help restructure the creative department. After watching MT play a few shows, Knox felt it was time for him to make the move to Nashville as a peermusic songwriter. The future has just started for this young singer/songwriter who is on the road touring all over the country with his energetic live show.
MT is on the road with Reviver Records labelmates LOCASH for Live Nation's 'Ones To Watch' Tour. Fans can purchase tickets atthemichaeltyler.com. Follow Michael Tyler onFacebook, Instagramand Twitter. For more information on Reviver Records, visitrevivermusic.com.

THE BELLAMY BROTHERS 2017 WORLD TOUR TAKES DUO TO DUBAI, SINGAPORE,
SWITZERLAND, IRELAND AND FAROE ISLANDS 2017 Marks 25th Anniversary of
Bellamy Brothers Records
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 18, 2017) – Iconic duo and international sensation, the Bellamy Brothers, will embark on their 2017 World Tour in Dubai, Singapore, Switzerland, Ireland and Faroe Islands. David and Howard Bellamy leave this week to criss-cross the globe and celebrate their 25th Anniversary of their own record label, Bellamy Brothers Records, which licenses products in more than 30 countries.
The duo’s upcoming performance in Singapore also resulted in another licensing deal with EQ Music and Media for their40 Years: The Album, a compilation of past hits and new songs that encompasses “Let Your Love Flow,” ”Redneck Girl” and “If I Said You Have a Beautiful Body (Would You Hold It Against Me)” and 20 new songs.
The Bellamy Brothers wrapped up 2016 with television, radio, print and online features, including performances and appearances on “Fox & Friends,” “PBS Metro Focus,” SiriusXM’s Prime Country, “Celebrity Page,” “Good Day New York,” Fox News Radio, as well as features onDoYouRemember.comand a 4-page spread in Closer Weekly.
Howard and David Bellamy have created one of the most successful careers in the history of country music with 27 Top 10 and 14 No. 1 singles among a catalog that includes “Let Your Love Flow,” “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body (Would You Hold It Against Me),” “Redneck Girl,” “Old Hippie,” and “Kids Of The Baby Boom.”
But, that only tells a mere fraction of the story of The Bellamy Brothers. A close look at their concert schedules over the past two decades reveals one of the most global careers in the history of country music. The duo has taken their music to a wide variety of countries across the world over the years – including stops in Germany, Norway, and Sweden.
The Bellamy Brothers performed a sold-out string of shows with Swiss superstar Gola – adding his name to a list of collaborators over the years that has included Neil Diamond, Dolly Parton, George Jones and Blake Shelton. In Switzerland, their crowds numbered into the 70,000 range, as well – demonstrating their international appeal.
In addition, the Bellamy Brothers have taken their music to places where no other country act has ever performed, such as Qatar, Sri Lanka, New Caledonia and even India. In fact, one of their classic hits there made an impact on the audience unlike any the duo has ever seen in the states.
In a 2014 interview with Billboard, David recalled that on one of their India visits that “People came up to us and asked 'Are you going to do the 'first dance' song? We weren't sure what they were talking about, but it was 'Beautiful Body' because they use it as the first dance song at weddings. You never know how someone will interpret a song, I guess," he said. Of course, the song that he is referring to is their first No. 1 country hit, 1979’s “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body (Would You Hold It Against Me).”
And, as The Bellamy Brothers gear up for their next forty years, they are keeping their close ties with their fans abroad. Howard and David take a lot of pride in pleasing the audience – regardless of which continent their feet are planted on.
“We have been very blessed to have taken our music to a lot of venues and destinations that have always surprised us,” said Howard Bellamy. “Regardless of where we might be, what makes each night special is that relationship with the fans, and getting to hear them sing along. After all,” he reasons, ‘Redneck Girls’ are everywhere.

"The Leroy Van Dyke Country Gold Tour" Announces Upcoming 2017 Dates
Tradition Continues from 50s and 60s With Package Shows Now Featuring
Classic Country’s Biggest Acts
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 18, 2017) – As the New Year begins, “The Leroy Van Dyke Country Gold Tour” will kick off next month, captivating audiences and showing that country tradition is alive and well. The one-of-a-kind show continues a trend developed in the 50s and 60s where artists would travel with a “caravan of stars” city-to-city, all accompanied by Van Dyke’s one band, to prevent change-over, giving fans more music. After more than 60 years, the concept is more popular than ever, with the must-see tour making stops at several high profile events including both the Florida and Iowa State Fairs, along with top festivals like the 40th Annual Hodag Country Festival in Wisconsin (see complete list below).
"Love working with the Country Gold Tour featuring Leroy Van Dyke and his friends, great crowds EVERY time,” said CEO Dave Snowden of Triangle Talent. “So professional from start to finish - a home run every time.”
This classic country format has joined some of the genre’s favorite legends for a show that will remind traditional country music fans of the music they fell in love with, having all acts with million-sellers, multiple Top Ten records or massive television exposure. The Leroy Van Dyke hosted show has announced dates for upcoming appearances later this year featuring performances (with more to be added) by Van Dyke, Jimmy Fortune, Rex Allen, Jr., T.G. Sheppard, Steve & Rudy Gatlin, Bobby Bare, Johnny Lee, T. Graham Brown, Marty Haggard, Leona Williams, Barbara Fairchild, David Frizzell, Moe Bandy, Mandy Barnett and more (lineup changes venue to venue).
“We’re proud to bring these performances to our fans. We sign autographs after the show, and our attendees come down front after the curtain falls, with tears in their eyes like an altar call at a Billy Graham Crusade,” said Leroy Van Dyke.
This year marks the 55th anniversary of host Leroy Van Dyke’s monumental chart-topping hit, “Walk on By,” which propelled him to superstardom. The worldwide smash would go on to hit No. 1 on the country charts, along with recently being named Billboard’s No. 2Greatest of All Time Country Songs. Concertgoers are in for a treat as the 87-year-old singer/songwriter performs all of his biggest hits, also including the breakout smash, “The Auctioneer,” which led to an induction into the National Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.
