Taylor Swift Makes A Fan Proud

Now this is the kind of story that just warms your heart. A New Jersey,
High School football playing star, stricken with leukemia, Kevin McGuire, hada dream come true moment. Kevin and his family went to facebook to invite Taylor Swift to go to his prom with him.

Taylor Swift, who I think is the sweetest girl in Country Music, (next to
Queen Dolly of course), posted on her facebook, "Kevin, I'm so sorry but I won't be able to make it to your prom." (now as we all mentally and/or verbally say AWWWW), Taylor goes on to say, "But I was wondering, the ACM Awards are coming up ... Would you be my date? Love, Taylor."I'm telling you folks, this is one of the sweetest girls to hit Country Music since Dolly Parton. And like Dolly, she is an incredible writer, entertainer, and not afraid to dress like a star should (SHINEY). I really believe the reason Taylor Swift is the most popular artists in Country Music and arguably all music these day, because she is so sincere.

Before making it big Taylor connected with her fans through social media, after making it to moderate success she only embraced it more aggressively, so her fans felt as if they knew her, many actually had conversations with her online. And no matter the size of the crowd, even as tiny as she is, this little blonde bombshell has no problems getting up close and personal with the crowd. I have personally seen her walk into a crowd of thousands of fans and sign autographs and pose for photos for hours. It's a lesson that most artists could learn from. Country artists are at the clasp of where they are wanting to be like the pop divas but they must remember not to get above their raisin because when untouchable in country music eventually turns to "who cares?". And you never want that.
